Although the author calls this game "Chinese Checkers Puzzle" it's actually Peg Solitare, sometimes called Chinese Solitaire.  The game is quite challenging,  works well and adapts to all screen sizes.  The only flaw is that the in-game help displays as a bunch of squares rather than text, I suspect it's in Russian.  That's not much of a problem as the rules of Peg Solitare are simple.

Pegs can only move horizontally or vertically and each move must  jump over another peg.  The peg that was jumped over is removed.

The object of the game is to remove all the pegs or marbles from the board except one.

Keys: Arrows move cursor or peg; Call key selects a peg to move.
