BoostApps reader Bama Boy discovered this on GetJar.   The game's key mappings  are wrong on iDEN phones but the game plays pretty well once you figure out what keys to use. Here's a guide:

On the first (Hovr) screen, press the Call key to start the game
Once you are in the game itself:
For Left Soft Key - Press Right Soft Key
For Right Soft Key - Press Menu Key
Up - Press 2
Right - Press 6
Down - Press 8
Left - Press 4
Fire/Select - Press 5

Vendor: In-Fusio/Hovr - Product Page
Data Connection Required: Yes
Supported iDEN phones: All Falcon Series (i776, i465, i9, i290, etc.)
