It's a tiny Java app and that launches the phone's built in browser and tells it to open Fandango's mobile web site. There are lots of those Java bookmark apps on GetJar and none of them work on Motorola iDEN phones because Motorola blocks Java apps from opening the browser. Just go to http://mobile.fandango.com with Opera Mini, Bolt, UCWEB or even the built in Openwave browser and bookmark it and you have something just as good as this "app".
